Message I do have all the air out, and i adjusted the pedals just like you suggested.

I already dropped the transmission, I'm pretty sure its a pressure plate deal. I had the oreintation correct, but I think I was sold a mislabled part. When I line the clutch with the dowel pins on the flywheel, the clutch does not mate up flush with the flywheel. I do understand that the clutch can only be put on one way, and basically I have a 3 mm gab in between the clutch and flywheel. Its almost like the pressure plate is too thick.

I'm trying to source a replacement, but that is all i can think of because the TO bearing looks correct and the clutch fork is not bent.
